The Meta 1 is a see-through display headset from Meta, the optical see-through headset company.
Meta's spaceglasses are basically Epson's BT200 glasses with an IR camera on top for hand recognition.[1] Prototypes were using the BT100.
It must be plugged into a computer to work.[2]
The Meta 1 came with two different lens hoods — one with a 23 degree field of view and another with a 32 degree field of view.[3]
Specifications[edit]
- Field of view option 1: About 23 degrees diagonal[4]
- FoV option 2: Developer kit: about 36 degrees with FoV expander.[5]
- 960 x 540 resolution per eye.[3]
