Total Recall Technologies v. Palmer Luckey is a lawsuit filed by one partner of Total Recall Technologies against Palmer Luckey.[1] It alleges that Luckey breached a contract prior to the sale of Oculus to Facebook.[1]

Total Recall Technologies is a partnership between Thomas Seidl and another partner; Thomas Seidl entered into contract with Luckey, but did not want to take legal action against Luckey. The other partner wanted to take legal action and filed the suit.[2] At no point has Seidl wanted to further legal action against Luckey.[2]
