SpaceMouse is a line of 3D navigator products from 3Dconnexion. They allow for non-natural 3D input. There is no direct correlation between the user's hand movements and the software movements as a result. It is more like a game controller with a joystick rather than a direct pointing device.
They are compatible with Blender.
