Roger Lannes de Montebello was a 3D photography innovator.[1]
He did work in integral photography, also known as integral imaging, which uses a lens array.

He used lenses of polyester resin with a refractive index of 1.56.
He claimed that the summation image generated is three-dimensional, autostereoscopic, orthoscopic, and orthostereoscopic.[2]
