Oculus Rift is a series of VR headsets from Oculus. The first commercial product in the series is the Rift DK1. Then the Rift DK2 was released. Then the Rift CV1. Then the Rift S.
They all have a flat focus.
Founding[edit]
Palmer Luckey is the creator of the Oculus Rift prototypes. He posted updates on the project to the Meant to be Seen 3D forum with the username PalmerTech.[1]
The first headset called the "Rift" was the sixth prototype, PR6.
