PR1 is a prototype VR headset made by Palmer Luckey.
It was based on a Liquid Image MRG 2.2.[1]
Palmer Luckey made the PR2 after he made the PR1.[2]
Specifications[edit]
It uses acrylic optics.[3]
It uses a Hydis 5.6" LCD from Vitrolight, which has a resolution of 1280x800.[3]
It originally used a display that was the same as the display attachment for the PSone from Sony. It originally used a display from Sharp. It was later upgraded to use the same display as the original Oculus Rift, which was from BOE.[1]
It uses 2.5x magnification.[3]
