Nano3

Nano3 is the main facility of the San Diego Nanotechnology Infrastructure (SDNI), which is one of 16 nation-wide sites of the National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NNCI).[1]

The Nano3 cleanroom opened in the year +2006.[1]
