MPW service

MPW service stands for multi-project wafer service. It is a service that manufactures multiple different semiconductors on the same wafer to lower costs. It is used in universities.

MPW services serve a similar function as multi-project chip services.

HRL offers an MPW service for its millimeter wave GaN technology.[1]
