MEBES stands for Manufacturing Electron Beam Exposure System.[1] It is a format for electron beam lithography and photomask production.
It was developed by Etec Systems.[1] Etec Systems was owned by Applied Materials in the year +2000.[2]
MEBES has been implemented in some of Applied Materials' machines.
