WaveOptics is a company that makes components for near-eye display products, including waveguides and projectors. It is owned by Snap, the purveyors of Snapchat.
WaveOptics used EVG's SmartNIL technology, a SCHOTT RealView 300mm wafer, and Inkron IOC-133 resin.[1] WaveOptics has also partnered with Corning.[2]

Merlin is a near-eye display product from WaveOptics. It uses WaveOptics' 56 degree field of view Odin waveguide and WaveOptics' Mercury projectors.[9]
