An electromagnetic tracking system is a system that tracks an object in a three-dimensional space using electromagnets. It is also called a magnetic tracking system.

Electromagnetic tracking systems must be calibrated before they are used.

Magnetic tracking systems are typically expensive.

Examples

Construction

There must be an ADC, magnet wire (enameled wire), and a microcontroller.
