PnO (P&O) means position and orientation. It it used in 6DOF tracking. It is used in magnetic tracking systems, such as the tracking systems from Polhemus.
PnO is substantially the same concept as pose. It is the rotation and translation of an object relative to a root transform. In terms of a transform matrix with SRT order, it is just the R and T.
