Lumus is a company that makes optical engines and waveguides for near-eye displays. Its focus has been on AR glasses and headsets. It is based in Israel. Its CEO is Ari Grobman.

Lumus' waveguides are in some products, such as Thirdeye's X2 MR Glasses, Lenovo's ThinkReality A6, Thales' Scorpion full-color head mounted display, Augmedics xVision system, and MediThinQ's medical devices.[1]

Lumus markets "reflective waveguides".[2]

Lumus works with Quanta.[2] Quanta gained licenses to produce Lumus optical engines.[2]

Lumus worked with Schott on a 2D pupil expanding reflective waveguide.[3]

Lumus supplied Thales Avionics PD-14 optical engines for the Scorpion helmet platform to military.[4]

Lumus partnered with Augmedics to provide optical engines for Augmedics' first xVision product, intended for surgery assist applications.[4]
