Lumus is a company that makes waveguides and optical engines. Its focus has been on AR glasses.
It is based in Israel. Its CEO is Ari Grobman.
Lumus markets "reflective waveguides".[1]
Lumus works with Quanta.[1] Quanta gained licenses to produce Lumus optical engines.[1]
Lumus worked with Schott on a 2D pupil expanding reflective waveguide.[2]
Lumus supplied Thales Avionics PD-14 optical engines for the Scorpion helmet platform to military.[3]
Lumus partnered with Augmedics to provide optical engines for Augmedics' first xVision product, intended for surgery assist applications.[3]
