Rockwell Collins was a company that produced military technology.
Kaiser Optical Systems became a subsidiary of rockwell Collins in 2000 as part of Rockwell Collins' purchase of K Systems, Inc., the parent company of Kaiser Auerospace and Electronics.[1]
In 2013, Rockwell Collins sold Kaiser Optical Systems, Inc. to Endress+Hauser Holding AG.[1][2]
