Spatial is a technology company founded by Anand Agarawala and Jinha Lee.[1]
Since their founding, they have made a number of pivots, potentially due to the lack of good AR and VR products at the time of their founding. Their original idea was 3D online collaboration. They made an iPhone app, then pivoted to NFT galleries circa 2022. They pivoted to online multiplayer games circa 2023.
In 2018, their website was spatial.is.[2]
In 2019, their website was spatial.io.
They had an iPhone app that required the user to take a spatial selfie, which stretched someone's face texture over an avatar mesh.
