Kaiser Optical Systems became a subsidiary of Rockwell Collins in +2000 as part of Rockwell Collins' purchase of K Systems, Inc., the parent company of Kaiser Auerospace and Electronics.[1]

In 2008, Rockwell Collins partnered with SEOS to work on screens for simulators.[2]

In 2013, Rockwell Collins sold Kaiser Optical Systems, Inc. to Endress+Hauser Holding AG.[1][3]
