InterSense logo

InterSense is a company that has made motion trackers using optical tracking, IMUs, and ultrasonic tracking.

Their 6DOF trackers are based on sensor fusion of data from their inertial sensors and from ultrasonic sensors. These include the IS-600 Mark2 and the IS-900 family (MiniTrax gadgets).[1]

Intersense was founded by Eric Foxlin.[2]

InterSense was bought by Gentex, and then sold to Thales.[2]

Some of InterSense's products were assembled in the USA.[3]
