Spatial is a technology company founded by Anand Agarawala and Jinha Lee.[1]
Since its founding, it has made a number of pivots, potentially due to the lack of good AR and VR products at the time of its founding. The original idea was 3D online collaboration. An iPhone app was made. Spatial pivoted to NFT galleries circa 2022. Spatial pivoted to online multiplayer games circa 2023.
In 2018, Spatial's website was spatial.is.[2]
In 2019, the website was spatial.io.
Spatial had an iPhone app that required the user to take a spatial selfie, which stretched someone's face texture over an avatar mesh.
