OLEDoS stands for OLED on silicon. It is a type of OLED microdisplay that uses a silicon backing.
A common type of OLEDoS is WOLED+CF, which stands for white OLED plus color filters. It uses RGB color filters on top of white OLEDs.
It can have a resolution of thousands of PPI.
