Smartglasses are electronic glasses that provide information to the person wearing them. They use a built in computer.
The Google Glass is a series of smartglasses that has a display.
Other smartglasses include Focals by North.
Smartglasses may or may not have positional tracking, either 3DOF or 6DOF.
The lowest form of smart glasses are audio glasses, such as an MP3 player built into glasses, such as the Groov3 Shades.[1]
