Douglas Lanman is a researcher who has done work in near-eye displays. He worked at Meta, formerly known as Facebook.
He developed near-eye light field displays at Nvidia in the Nvidia near-eye lightfield display project.[1]
He spoke at the ACM SIGGRAPH VR@50 event.[2] He presented near-eye lightfield displays at an AWE event.[3]
