The Deck X is a version of the project north star augmented reality headset.
The design calls for displays that are largely inaccessible in the U.S. They are two BOE displays, which are the same displays used in the Valve Index.
It has a focal distance of about 50 centimeters.
The plastic parts can be 3D printed.
The design calls for a RealSense T261 as a tracking module.[1]
The design uses an integrator board, which is like a USB hub.
A Deck X must be calibrated before it is used.
It uses a basic form of a halo headband.
Hardware
The design is a derivative of the Project Northstar 3.2.[2]
