An augmented reality headset is a headset that allows the user to see the real world and computer generated content in the world at the same time.
It provides an augmented reality experience for the wearer. It shows virtual content on a real world experience in first person such that the virtual content is registered to the real world.
Examples of AR headsets are the Microsoft Hololens, the Magic Leap 1, and Project North Star.
