The Deck X is a version of the project north star augmented reality headset.
It has a focal distance of about 50 centimeters.
The plastic parts can be 3D printed.
The design calls for two BOE displays, which are the same displays used in the Valve Index.
The design calls for a RealSense T261 as a tracking module.[1]
The design uses an integrator board, which is like a USB hub.
In about the year 2020, it was sold by smart-prototyping, which is an online store based in china.[2] The price of the smart-prototyping kit was about $350, which only included the electronics. The user would have to 3D print their own parts.
